The hotel had a great location and was easily accessible to the city's main attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, willing to provide us with information about the city. The rooms were equipped with basic amenities that met our needs. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely view of the city from the top floor, where we enjoyed spending some time.
Our stay was not all superb. The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The bathroom was unhygienic, with no sanitization. We felt uncomfortable sleeping on the bed sheets as they were stained and unwashed. The hotel did not live up to our expectations, and not even close to the pictures we had seen online. We received no apology from the indifferent staff for the dismal experience.
